Stuffed Mushroom Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb mushrooms, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for sautéing
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Sauté the chopped mushrooms, onion, and garlic until the mushrooms release their moisture and the mixture becomes golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the sautéed mushroom mixture, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and dried thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dip is heated through.
Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
