Ham and Gruyère Shredded Cake

Ingredients :
– 200g of flour
– 3 eggs
– 100ml of milk
– 100ml of vegetable oil
– 100g ham, diced
– 100 grams of grated gruyere
– 1 sachet of chemical yeast
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Butter and flour for the mold
Instructions :
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6) and butter and flour a cake mold.
2. In a salad bowl, beat eggs with milk and oil until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3. Add the sifted flour and chemical yeast, then mix until you get a smooth dough.
4. Add diced ham and grated gruyere to batter. Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
5. Pour the preparation into the prepared cake mold
6. Bake and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and a toothpaste inserted in the center comes out clean.
7. Let cool slightly before stripping and cutting into slices.
