For embellishment:
Jam made from peaches or apricots (for spreading).
Instructions broken down into steps.
First, get the apples ready.
Peel and chop 4 apples into big pieces.
Add some lemon juice to the apples to keep them from turning brown and make their flavor better.

Step 2: Combine the liquid ingredients.
In a big bowl, mix 3 eggs until smooth.
Add 150 grams of sugar, which is equal to 6 tablespoons, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Keep mixing until it is smooth.
Add the melted butter and 100 grams (4.5 tablespoons) of yogurt, and mix well.
Step 3: Mix the dry ingredients together.
In another bowl, mix 240 grams of flour (equivalent to 1.5 cups plus 1 tablespoon) and 10 grams of baking powder (equal to 2 teaspoons) by sifting them together.

Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ones, stirring until you get a smooth batter.

Step 4: Put the Pie Together
Heat your oven to 180°C (360°F) before using it.
Put butter or oil on a baking dish.
Put two-thirds of the mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.
Place the apple pieces on the batter, then pour the rest of the batter over them.
Step 5: Cook the pie in the oven.
Cook the apple pie in the oven that has been heated beforehand for 40 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and puffs up.
Check if it’s done by sticking a toothpick in the middle. It should be neat.
Step 6: Complete the Final Details

Once the pie is still hot, spread peach or apricot jam on the top to make it glossy and sweet.
