Instructions:
Boil the Potatoes:
Begin by boiling the cubed potatoes in water until they are tender. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add salt, sugar, milk, flour, olive oil, and chopped dill.
Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Add Potatoes:
Add the boiled potatoes to the batter and mix well to combine.
Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the hot pan to form pancakes of your desired size.
