Wicked Witch Fudge

Ingredients

White Chocolate Chips: 3 cups
Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 (14 oz) can
Unsalted Butter: 2 tablespoons
Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
Green Gel Food Coloring: As much as needed for that spooky hue
Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies: 1 cup (like Oreos)
Purple Sprinkles: 1/4 cup
Candy Eyes: 1/4 cup
Halloween Candy Mix: 1/2 cup (optional)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pan

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing the paper to overhang on the sides. This step is crucial as it makes it easy to lift the fudge out of the pan once it’s set.

Step 2: Create the Fudge Base

In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Stirring is key here to ensure the chocolate melts evenly without burning. Keep going until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Step 3: Add Color and Flavor

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract, followed by a few drops of green gel food coloring. Mix well until you achieve that perfectly eerie shade of green. If you want a more intense color, add more food coloring drop by drop.

Step 4: Incorporate the Cookies

Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies gently. Be careful not to overmix, as this could cause the cookies to break down completely, resulting in a loss of texture.

Step 5: Pour and Decorate

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly. Now for the fun part—sprinkle the purple sprinkles, candy eyes, and Halloween candy mix on top. Press these toppings lightly into the fudge to ensure they stick.

Step 6: Chill Until Set

Place the pan in the refrigerator. Allow the fudge to chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until it’s firm. Patience is key here; the longer it chills, the easier it will be to cut into neat squares.
