Recipe for Chicken Tikka Pizza

List of ingredients:

For the Chicken Tikka:

250 grams of chicken without bones.

1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
Add salt according to your preference.

1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon of crushed red chili.

1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin seeds

1/4 teaspoon of a spice blend called chaat masala.

Half a teaspoon of tikka masala.
1 small amount of orange food coloring

3 to 4 tablespoons of yogurt

2 tablespoons of oil

To make the pizza dough:

½ kilogram of all-purpose flour (500 grams)

1 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of yeast

1 egg

2 tablespoons of oil

1/4 cup of milk

Use warm water as needed.

For putting together:

Pizza dough (ready-made)

Pizza sauce, as much as you want.
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese, grated (as much as you like)

Onion cut into thin slices.

Tomato cut into thin slices.

Sliced peppers.
Grilled chicken pieces
Slices of jalapeno peppers, if desired.

Sliced black olives

Oregano leaves, dried and ready to sprinkle.

Directions:
First, get the chicken tikka ready.

Season the chicken:

In a bowl, combine garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes, ground cumin, chaat masala, tikka masala, orange food coloring, and yogurt. Put the chicken in and make sure it is covered. Allow the chicken to soak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes (or longer for a stronger taste).

Prepare the chicken.

Warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on medium heat. Put the seasoned chicken in the pan and cook it until it is completely cooked and has a little bit of a burnt look, which should take around 8-10 minutes. Put aside.

Step 2: Get the pizza dough ready.

Start the Yeast:
In a little bowl, mix 2 teaspoons of yeast and 2 teaspoons of sugar in warm water. Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Prepare the dough:

In a big bowl, mix together regular flour, salt, and an egg. Mix the yeast mixture, oil, milk, and some warm water until you have a soft dough.

Work the dough by kneading it.

Work the dough for around 8-10 minutes until it is soft and stretchy. Place a wet cloth over the dough and leave it in a warm spot for around 1 to 1.5 hours, or until it doubles in size.

Step 3: Put the Pizza Together

Heat the oven before using it.

Heat your oven to 220°C (425°F) before using it.

Prepare the dough:

Press the dough that has risen and split it into two parts (enough for two medium pizzas). Flatten each piece into a pizza shape on a surface with flour. Then, place it on a greased pizza tray or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Choose your favorite toppings.

Put pizza sauce on the flattened dough.

Add a lot of mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
