Healthy Chicken Broccoli Bake

Ingredients:2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed2 cups steamed broccoli1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt or low-fat cottage cheese1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar1/2 tsp garlic powderSalt & pepper to taste1. Heat oven:Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.2. Mix:In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese), garlic powder, salt & pepper. Fold in chicken and broccoli.3. Assemble:Spread mixture into dish. Sprinkle cheddar evenly on top.4. Bake:Bake 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.Optional upgrades:Add 1–2 tbsp grated Parmesan for extra flavorSprinkle paprika or Italian seasoning on topFor extra creaminess, mix in 1–2 tbsp milk or chicken broth
