Instructions

Add dry: Sift flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Gradually fold into wet mixture.
Adjust: Add milk slowly until smooth batter forms.
Bake: Pour into greased cake pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
