BRIOCHE MILK BREAD ๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients :
500 gm of wheat flour
7 g active dry yeast
100g of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
3 eggs
150 ml of warm milk
100 g of melted butter
Preparation:
1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
2. Add lightly beaten eggs and warm milk. Mix it up well.
3. Add the melted butter and knead the mixture until you get a soft and elastic dough.
4. Cover bowl with a clean rag and let batter sit in a hot place for 1-2 hours, until it doubles in volume.
5. Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.
6. Divide the dough into portions and form rolls.
7. Place the rolls on a baking tray and let them sit for 30 minutes.
8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
9. Let it cool slightly before enjoying your delicious milk brioche bread.
