Beef Empanadas
Ingredients:
12 empanada discs
400 g ground beef
80 g onion, finely chopped
50 g bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
1 beaten egg
Instructions:
Heat the oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper.
Add the ground beef, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook until the meat is fully cooked and juicy.
Let the filling cool slightly.
Fill each disc, fold, and seal with a fork.
Brush with egg if baking.

👉 Oven: 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 min
👉 Fried: 3–4 min per side
Chicken Empanadas
Ingredients:
12 empanada discs
400 g cooked shredded chicken
80 g onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp tomato sauce or cream
Salt & black pepper
1 beaten egg
Instructions:
Sauté the onion in the oil.
Add the chicken, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce or cream.
Cook for a few minutes until the filling is moist and flavorful.
Let it cool.
Fill the discs, fold, and seal well.
Brush with egg if baking.

👉 Fried: 3–4 min per side
Cheese Empanadas
Ingredients:
12 empanada discs
300 g mozzarella or any good melting cheese
1 beaten egg
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Grate or cut the cheese.
Place enough cheese in each disc.
Fold and seal tightly with a fork.
Brush with egg if baking.
Cook until golden and crisp.

Ham and Cheese Empanadas
Ingredients:
12 empanada discs
150 g chopped ham
250 g mozzarella
1 beaten egg
Instructions:
Mix the ham and cheese together.
Add filling to each disc.
Fold, seal well, and brush with egg if baking.
Cook until golden outside and melted inside.

Spinach and Cheese Empanadas
Ingredients:
12 empanada discs
200 g spinach
200 g cream cheese, ricotta, or mozzarella
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp oil
Salt & black pepper
1 beaten egg
Instructions:
Heat the oil and cook the garlic briefly.
Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Mix with the cheese, salt, and pepper.
Let the filling cool.
Fill the discs, fold, and seal.
Bake or fry until golden.

Pizza Empanadas
Ingredients:
12 empanada discs
150 g tomato sauce
250 g mozzarella
80 g pepperoni, chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 beaten egg
Instructions:
Mix the tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, and oregano.
Fill each disc, but do not overfill.
Fold and seal with a fork.
Brush with egg if baking.
Cook until golden and the cheese is melted inside.
