10 Minute Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp olive oil (or any oil)
¾ cup warm water
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add liquids
Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead briefly
Knead the dough for about 2–3 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough
Split into 6–8 small balls.
Roll out
Roll each ball into a small round flatbread.
Cook
Heat a skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
Optional
Brush with butter or garlic butter after cooking.
Sprinkle herbs or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
