Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of honey (preferably raw and organic)
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Instructions:
Combine the turmeric and honey in a small dish and stir until a homogeneous paste forms.
This combination may be added to a glass of warm water or tea, or it can be taken straight off the spoon.
For optimal effects, take it once daily, ideally in the morning
A hint is to add a sprinkle of black pepper to the mixture if you want an additional kick. Turmeric’s curcumin is better absorbed when black pepper is added, increasing its potency.
