- 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning
- 1 (10-oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-oz) bottle ranch dressing
- 5 (15-count) frozen phyllo tart shells
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF to get it ready for making these tasty bites.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s no longer pink. Make sure to drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles to the cooked ground beef. Stir well and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Then, remove it from the heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and the taco meat mixture, making sure everything is well mixed.
- Spoon the taco meat mixture into each frozen phyllo tart shell, distributing it evenly among them.
- Arrange the filled tart shells on a baking sheet.
- Bake the Taco Ranch Bites in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. If baking from frozen, add an extra 2-3 minutes.
- Once baked, remove the Taco Ranch Bites from the oven and serve them warm.
