Our layered rainbow cocktail keeps its layers while you sip!
Ingredients:
-4 ounce pineapple juice
-2 ounce Malibu Coconut Rum
-1 ounce grenadine
-1 ounce blue curacao
-1 ounce water
-Crushed ice
Instructions:
- Pour grenadine into a hurricane glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice or small cubes.
- In a separate cup or shot glass, mix together the pineapple juice and Malibu.
- Slowly pour the pineapple juice and coconut rum mixture into the hurricane glass.
- In another cup, mix the water and blue curacao.
- Put a spoon against the glass and pour the blue curaçao mix slowly over it so it will float on the yellow later.
- Garnish with a lemon or orange slice.
