Garden Vegetable Spread

INGREDIENTS

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature

¼ cup chopped carrots

½ cup chopped celery

2 green onions, chopped

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon onion powder

How to Make Garden Vegetable Spread

Add carrots, celery, and green onion to a food processor and pulse a few times until veggies are in small bits, but not a paste.

In a medium size bowl add cream cheese, pulsed veggies, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Spoon spread into an airtight container or jar and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.

Keep spread refrigerated and use within 7-10 days.
