Rustic No Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread

Ingredients:

* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
* 1 1/2 cups warm water (about 105-115 degrees F)
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast.
2. Add wet ingredients: Add the warm water, minced garlic, and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Rest the dough: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
4. Preheat oven and prepare dough: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (232 degrees C). Lightly flour a baking sheet. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape it into a loaf.
5. Bake: Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Add toppings: While the bread is still warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped rosemary and Parmesan cheese.
7. Serve: Let the bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.
