Nut Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:

90g dark chocolate
30g milk chocolate
30g avocado oil
70g ground peanuts
Biscuit crumbs (enough for the base)
1 tablespoon sugar
Pinch of vanillin (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prepare the Biscuit Mixture:
Place the biscuits in a large bowl and crush them into fine crumbs.
Add sugar and 70g of ground peanuts, then mix everything together.
Start the Chocolate Mixture:
Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and a pinch of vanillin to the milk while whisking.
Once the chocolate is melted, stir in avocado oil until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Combine and Form:
Pour the chocolate mixture into the biscuit mixture, stirring until fully combined.
Press the mixture into a mold or a prepared baking dish, making an even layer.
Prepare the Glaze:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining chocolate and avocado oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
Apply the Glaze:
Pour the melted chocolate glaze over the biscuit layer, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining ground peanuts on top.
Chill and Set:
Place the dessert in the freezer for at least one hour.
Once set, remove from the freezer and cut into bars or squares before serving.
