Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal ( rolled oats)
2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 eggs
150g yogurt (plain or Greek)
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Apples:
Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, apples, eggs, yogurt, and baking powder. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Bake:
Pour the mixture into a greased or lined baking dish (approximately 8×8 inches).
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Cook:
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Cool and Serve:
Let it cool slightly before cutting into squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.
