Small buns with Yogurt

Ingredients:

250 g of flour
1 plain yogurt (125 g)
1 packet of baking powder
50 ml of warm milk
50 ml of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
A pinch of salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

Prepare the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Incorporate the wet ingredients: Add the plain yogurt, warm milk, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until you obtain a smooth, slightly sticky but manageable dough.

Shape the rolls: Divide the dough into small, equal-sized balls. Roll each portion between your hands to form smooth balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.

Bake: Bake the rolls for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and slightly puffed. Keep an eye on them to ensure they remain soft.

Cool: Once baked, let the rolls cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
