Carrot and Ginger Juice

1 inch of fresh ginger: Ginger has anti-inflammatory characteristics that help decrease skin redness and improve circulation; it also provides a zingy taste.
One lemon: The vitamin C in lemons not only makes them taste better, but they also help the body make collagen, which makes skin more supple and healthy.

One apple, if desired (for natural sweetness and extra vitamin C).

Thoroughly rinse all produce items under running water.

First, peel the ginger and carrots. Carrot skin is edible and healthy, but removing it makes the juice more pleasant and less bitter.
