Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
Chia Pudding:

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    Banana Mousse:
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup whipped heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Directions:

  1. Make the Chia Pudding:
  • In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until it thickens up.
  1. Prepare the Banana Mousse:
  • In another bowl, blend the mashed bananas with the whipped cream.
  • If desired, add sugar for extra sweetness and fold gently until combined.
  1. Assemble the Parfait:
  • Grab serving glasses and start by layering the chia pudding and banana mousse mixture.
  • For an extra touch, you can add sliced bananas on top and a drizzle of honey for garnish.
