Symphony Bar Brownies
Ingredients:
• 1 box of Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix (red box)
• 3 large Hershey’s Symphony Chocolate Bars with Almonds and Toffee (blue wrapper)
• 1/2 cup of Wesson Vegetable Oil
• 1/4 cup of water
• 2 large eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the Betty Crocker Brownie Mix, Wesson Vegetable Oil, water, and eggs until a thick batter forms.
3. Pour exactly half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it to the edges.
4. Unwrap the Hershey’s Symphony Bars and place them flat in a single layer over the batter, breaking pieces to fit the entire pan.
5. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the chocolate bars, spreading gently to completely conceal the candy.
6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting for gooey, candy-stuffed squares.
