Ingredients (serves 4–6):
1 small cauliflower (cut into florets)
1 small broccoli (cut into florets)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cooking cream (optional but better taste)
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Boil cauliflower and broccoli for 5 minutes, then drain well.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and spices.
Add the vegetables and mix well.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly, then serve 😋
