2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup (240ml) warm milk
2 tbsp (30g) unsalted butter, softened

3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Mix dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm milk and softened butter. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead: Turn onto a floured surface and knead 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
Shape rolls: Punch down dough, divide into equal portions, and roll into balls. Place in greased baking dish with space between each.
Rest: Cover and let rise 20–30 minutes until puffed. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
Bake: Bake rolls 18–22 minutes until golden and fluffy.
Finish: Brush hot rolls generously with garlic butter. Add extra butter and Parmesan if desired.
